If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase or book services through it.

1. Nature of the Website and Services

Carly J Hahn Official provides educational, personal-development, spiritual, intuitive, and professional services and content.

Offerings may include private sessions, spiritual life coaching, intuitive guidance, astrology, tarot, energy work, hypnotherapy, personal-development frameworks, educational materials, articles, downloads, digital resources, books, and other related services or products.

The specific description, price, format, duration, and availability of each offering will be stated on the applicable page at the time of purchase or booking.

2. Spiritual and Personal-Development Services

Spiritual, intuitive, energetic, coaching, astrology, tarot, hypnotherapy, and related services are provided for personal insight, spiritual exploration, education, reflection, and personal development.

These services do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.

Use of these services is also subject to the separate Spiritual Services Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, choices, and outcomes.

3. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or book private services through Carly J Hahn Official unless Carly has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Carly J Hahn Official does not currently provide private sessions to minors.

4. Booking and Payment

Payment is required at the time a private session is booked unless the applicable booking page expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing the session description, price, date, time, and time zone before completing your booking.

After booking, you will receive confirmation information using the email address provided during checkout or scheduling.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for checking spam, junk, or promotional email folders if a confirmation is not immediately visible.

5. Refunds, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

Private sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless Carly J Hahn Official expressly states otherwise in writing.

If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Carly will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not arrived or joined the session within that period, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

No-show appointments are not refundable. A missed session must be rebooked and paid for as a new appointment.

If Carly J Hahn Official must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered another available appointment time. If an appropriate replacement cannot be arranged, Carly may issue a refund or other appropriate resolution.

6. Session Attendance

Private sessions are intended for the individual who booked the appointment.

Another person may not attend or participate in a private session without prior approval.

Where additional participation is approved, additional fees or different booking arrangements may apply.

Carly J Hahn Official reserves the right to end or decline a session when the attendance arrangement materially differs from what was booked.

7. Session Recordings

Some services conducted through Google Meet may include a recording, as stated on the applicable booking page.

Recordings provided to clients are for the client’s personal use only.

Session recordings may not be publicly posted, sold, redistributed, republished, uploaded to another platform, used to train artificial intelligence systems, or incorporated into commercial materials without prior written permission from Carly J Hahn Official.

8. Digital Products and Educational Materials

Digital products, downloads, recordings, workbooks, courses, written materials, and other educational resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless a different license is expressly provided.

Purchasing digital material does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Digital purchases are nonrefundable after access or delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

You may not share purchased files, login credentials, download links, recordings, or restricted educational materials with another person.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and intellectual property available through Carly J Hahn Official are owned by Carly J Hahn Official and/or Carly J LLC.

This includes original written content, educational materials, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, graphics, audio, recordings, course materials, session materials, website content, and original teaching structures.

Protected works include Carly’s original bodies of work and methodologies, including the Healing Matrix, Frequency Matrix, Intuition Matrix, Business Matrix, and related materials where applicable.

Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owner.

No purchase, booking, download, or website access transfers ownership of Carly’s intellectual property.

10. Permitted Personal and Professional Use

You may use information learned through Carly J Hahn Official for your own personal development and may apply general concepts in your personal or professional life.

Where you publicly reference Carly’s original named frameworks, methodologies, or teachings, appropriate attribution should be provided.

Permission to learn from or apply information does not include permission to reproduce or commercialize the underlying material.

11. Prohibited Use of Proprietary Materials

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

Where legally required or appropriate under the circumstances, unused fees may be refunded.
