I have walked the same terrain many of my clients arrive with including psychological wounds, repeating relationship dynamics, inherited family patterns, and transitions that don’t make sense until you can see what’s underneath them.

That experience shapes how I work. It allows me to recognize what is happening more quickly and to stay with you through the process of understanding and changing it.

This work is not about giving instructions or quick answers. It’s about identifying what has been shaping your experience so you can move forward with clarity instead of continuing the same cycles.
