Once you book your private session with Carly J Hahn, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt. This will give you the details of your session. If you need to reschedule please use the Client Portal.

Bring Your Questions

This is your session, so come with the questions, situations, or areas of your life you want to explore. You can make a list beforehand if that helps you stay focused. You do not need to send it to me in advance.

The insight I share may come through intuitive perception, coaching, energy awareness, pattern recognition, lived experience or what becomes clear during our conversation.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to me. I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information except when necessary to provide or manage the services you have requested, or when required by law. What you share during your session remains private. View the complete Privacy Policy here.

Medical, Mental-Health, Legal, and Financial Matters

I am not acting as your physician, therapist, attorney, accountant, or financial adviser. Anything discussed during your session is offered as insight and personal guidance. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it should not replace care or advice from a qualified, licensed professional.

The Future and Your Choices

The future is not fixed. The insight shared during your session reflects what is present at that time. Your choices, actions, circumstances, and the choices of other people can change what happens next. You remain responsible for what you decide and what you do with the information shared during your session.

By booking, you agree that Carly J. Hahn are not responsible for any loss, damage, or outcome connected to decisions you make following your session.

Sessions With Minors

I do not work with minor at this time.

Refunds, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

All sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email.

I will wait for up to 10 minutes after your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.

A missed session must be rebooked and paid for through the website. It cannot be rescheduled by email. In order to book a session must payment is required at the time of booking.

Who May Attend

A private session is for one person.

If another person attends without prior approval, an additional $75 fee will be required. I also reserve the right to end the session without issuing a refund. If you would like to arrange a session involving more than one person, contact me before booking.

I Reserve the Right to Make Changes

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary. If I need to make a change, I will offer another available time. I also reserve the right to decline service or end a session early when appropriate.

Payment

Payment is due when you book your session. Please confirm the appointment time in your own time zone before completing your booking. You are responsible for joining the session at the scheduled time.
