AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
Effective Date: April 15, 2026
Program Operator: Carly J. Hahn Official
Website: carlyjhahnofficial.com
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Carly J. Hahn Official Affiliate Program.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
SECTION 1 — PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Affiliate participation requires approval.
Affiliates must be active members of the Carly J. Hahn Official portal unless otherwise authorized.
Affiliate status may be denied or revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Carly J. Hahn Official.
Approval into the program does not create a partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture.
SECTION 2 — COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Approved affiliates earn a twenty percent (20%) commission on qualified purchases made through their referral links.
Subscription products qualify for recurring commissions.
Recurring commissions continue for the lifetime of the referred subscriber, provided:
the subscriber remains active
the affiliate remains in good standing
the affiliate account remains eligible under program rules
Commission eligibility applies only to completed transactions.
SECTION 3 — LIFETIME REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION
Affiliate referrals are tracked using first-click attribution.
The first affiliate associated with a subscriber receives referral credit for the lifetime of that subscriber relationship unless attribution is voided due to policy violations.
Referral attribution may be revoked in cases involving fraud, self-referral attempts, or system abuse.
SECTION 4 — REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION COOKIE DURATION
Affiliate referrals are tracked using first-click attribution.
Referral tracking cookies remain active for ninety (90) days from the date a referral link is first accessed.
If a purchase is completed within this ninety-day attribution window, the referring affiliate receives credit for the transaction.
If no purchase occurs within the ninety-day window, referral attribution expires unless a new qualifying referral link interaction occurs.
Referral attribution may be voided in cases involving fraud, self-referral attempts, or system abuse.
SECTION 5 — MULTIPLE AFFILIATE REFERRALS
Where multiple affiliates refer the same subscriber, the first verified referral interaction establishes attribution.
Subsequent referral interactions from other affiliates do not replace the original attribution.
Attribution remains assigned to the originally credited affiliate for the lifetime of the subscriber relationship unless attribution is revoked due to policy violations or system abuse.
SECTION 6 — QUALIFIED PURCHASES
A qualified purchase is defined as a completed transaction that:
is not refunded
is not disputed or charged back
was not generated through self-referral
was not generated through misleading promotion
was not generated through unauthorized coupon override activity
Only qualified purchases generate commissions.
SECTION 7 — SUBSCRIPTION COMMISSIONS
Recurring commissions apply to active subscription memberships.
Recurring commissions remain active for as long as:
the subscriber maintains an active subscription
the affiliate remains eligible within the program
If a subscription is canceled, recurring commissions stop.
If the same subscriber later reactivates their subscription using the same account or email address, referral attribution returns to the originally credited affiliate and recurring commissions resume.
If a subscriber creates a new account using materially different identifying information, referral attribution may reset based on system tracking data.
Attribution determinations remain at the sole discretion of Carly J. Hahn Official in cases involving duplicate accounts, tracking conflicts, or suspected manipulation.
SECTION 8 — PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Affiliate commissions are calculated monthly.
Commissions earned during a calendar month become eligible for payout on the fifteenth (15th) day of the following calendar month after the transaction verification period has passed.
Example:
Commissions earned between the 1st and 31st become eligible for payout on the following month on the 15th.
This delay allows time for refund processing, payment verification, and fraud review.
If the fifteenth (15th) falls on a weekend or recognized banking holiday, payouts may be issued on the next business day.
SECTION 9 — MINIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLD
Affiliate payouts are issued only after the affiliate account reaches the minimum payout balance of:
$50
Balances below this threshold roll forward to the next payout cycle.
SECTION 10 — PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING
Affiliate payouts are issued through a payment method designated by Carly J. Hahn Official.
Available payout methods may include electronic transfer services, third-party payment processors, or other supported payment channels as determined at the time of payout.
Carly J. Hahn Official reserves the right to modify available payout methods at any time.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payout information and for ensuring that they are able to receive payments in their jurisdiction.
Any transaction fees, intermediary processing fees, banking fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the affiliate unless otherwise stated.
Payout availability may vary by geographic region and is subject to the policies and limitations of the selected payment provider.
Failure to provide valid payout information may delay or prevent commission payments.
SECTION 11 — REFUNDS AND COMMISSION REVERSALS
If a referred purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated commission is automatically reversed.
If a payout has already been issued for a refunded transaction, the reversed commission may be deducted from future payouts.
SECTION 12 — SELF-REFERRALS
Affiliates may not generate commissions from their own purchases.
Attempts to generate commissions through self-referral may result in:
commission forfeiture
affiliate account suspension
termination from the program
SECTION 13 — COOKIE INTEGRITY
Affiliate referral tracking depends on browser cookies.
Affiliates may not manipulate, overwrite, inject, or artificially set tracking cookies.
Attempts to alter referral attribution through technical interference, forced redirects, hidden scripts, or unauthorized tracking methods may result in commission forfeiture and termination from the affiliate program.
Attribution determinations remain at the sole discretion of Carly J. Hahn Official.
SECTION 14 — PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
Affiliates must accurately represent the website, services, and materials they promote.
Affiliates may not:

Hahn Official whenever promoting products, services, memberships, or portal access in any medium, including but not limited to social media, email, websites, blogs, video content, podcasts, livestreams, and written reviews.
Required disclosures must be placed in a manner that is difficult to miss and easy for an ordinary consumer to understand.
Affiliates may not conceal, obscure, or bury disclosure language in hashtags, links, profile pages, or unrelated text.
Failure to make clear and conspicuous disclosures may result in commission forfeiture, suspension, or termination from the affiliate program.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and additional enforcement action where applicable.
SECTION 17 — MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT FOR AFFILIATE STATUS
Affiliate eligibility requires active membership in the Carly J. Hahn Official portal unless explicitly waived.
If membership is canceled, affiliate eligibility may be suspended until membership is restored.
Recurring commissions pause during periods of ineligibility and resume if eligibility is restored.
SECTION 18 — ATTRIBUTION OVERRIDES
Referral attribution may be voided if:
cookies are manually manipulated
tracking links are altered
unauthorized coupon overrides are used
system abuse is detected
Attribution decisions remain at the sole discretion of Carly J. Hahn Official.
SECTION 19 — TERMINATION OF AFFILIATE STATUS
Affiliate participation may be revoked at any time for:
policy violations
misrepresentation
fraudulent activity
inactive membership status
program misuse
or conduct inconsistent with the integrity of the program
Termination results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions generated through violations.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they are able to receive payments through the designated payout provider in their country of residence.
International affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with all tax laws, reporting requirements, and regulatory obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Additional documentation may be required prior to payout processing where applicable.
SECTION 22 — PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Commission rates, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, and program structure may be modified at any time.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
