My Story

Everything I teach started with something I lived, noticed, questioned, built, or had to figure out for myself.

My work has been shaped by more than healing or spirituality. It comes from lived experience, 26+ years in business and marketing, years of observing patterns, questioning what didn’t make sense, building things from the ground up, and learning what actually works.

That is the thread running through everything I do today.

THE FIRST WHISPERS

I knew there was more from the beginning.

I grew up in a family where psychic perception and the unseen were already part of the conversation. My mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother each had their own connection to it.

I was psychically open from a very young age. I picked up on energy, knew things I couldn’t logically explain, and experienced things that made it very clear to me that what we can physically see is not all there is.

I didn’t have to be convinced of that later in life. I started there.

LOSING MYSELF IN EVERYONE ELSE

For years, I made everyone else more important than me.

I learned how to read the room, anticipate what other people needed, keep the peace, and become whatever version of myself seemed safest at the time.

What started as learned behavior eventually became the way I moved through relationships.

I spent more than two decades in domestic violence. I adapted. I minimized what was happening. I blamed myself. I kept trying harder, giving more, and taking responsibility for things that were never mine to carry.

Somewhere in all of that, I stopped asking what I wanted.

I had become very good at surviving other people.

I just didn’t know how to choose myself yet.

THE MOMENT EVERYTHING SHIFTED

In 2017,
everything
changed.

After my mother died, she appeared to me.

I knew what I experienced. It was clear, specific, and real enough that I could no longer keep explaining away what I had perceived throughout my life.

For years, I had learned to question myself, minimize what I knew, and look outside myself for confirmation.

That experience changed something.

It didn’t answer every question or suddenly make everything easy. But it made it much harder for me to keep pretending I didn’t know what I knew.

I started trusting my own perception again.

MORE LOSS, MORE TRUTH

Not long after,
I lost my father.

His death shook me deeply, and the intuitive connection that had already started reopening after my mother died became even stronger.

I went deeper into astrology, intuitive development, energy work, and understanding the things I had experienced throughout my life.

I was constantly learning, observing, questioning, and trying to understand what I knew and what I was perceiving.

But there was still one pattern I hadn’t fully recognized:

I still trusted someone else’s opinion more than my own knowing.

LEARNING TO TRUST MYSELF

That took years of unlearning.

Years of questioning what I had been taught.

Years of noticing what actually matched my lived experience and what didn’t.

Years of learning the difference between receiving guidance and handing someone else authority over my decisions.

Years of realizing that I could listen, learn, ask questions, and still trust what I knew.

Eventually, something became very clear:

I am the authority over my own life.

I can learn from other people without giving them the final say.

WHO I AM NOW

This is who I am today.

◉   Author

I write from lived experience, observation, research, and the things I’ve had to figure out for myself.

♨   Teacher

I turn what I’ve learned into practical teaching people can actually understand and use.

◎   Spiritual Life Coach

I help people recognize the patterns shaping their lives, understand what is underneath them, and make different choices from awareness.

▣   Intuitive Practitioner

I work with what I perceive beneath the surface; patterns, energy, information, and the things people often already feel but haven’t been able to name.

△   Business Strategist

I bring 26+ years of experience in marketing and digital business to help people make smarter decisions about what they are building and how they are building it.

✺   Digital Systems Strategist

I work with websites, SEO, WordPress, automation, content, and digital systems because strategy means very little if the damn thing cannot function in real life.

LIVED EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES HOW I WORK

WHY I DO THIS

I don’t teach from theory alone.

I’ve lived it,
questioned it,
tested it,
and built from it.

Everything I do today comes from something I have had to understand for myself.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Healing. Intuition. Business. Marketing. Building digital systems. Learning to trust what I know. Recognizing patterns that kept repeating until I finally understood what they were showing me.

I share what I have learned because experience becomes far more useful when we can turn it into something we actually understand and use.

My story shaped my work.
